My journey to Monarque
Hello! I’m Devon Jay - an event strategist with a passion for creating experiences that feel as intentional as they are unforgettable. Over the years, I’ve partnered with global brands and executive teams to bring leadership retreats, incentive programs, and high-stakes events to life across the U.S. and beyond.
I started Monarque Experiences to do things differently - to combine strategic thinking with white-glove service, and to deliver experiences that reflect the people and purpose behind them. I’m a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), a WSET-certified wine enthusiast, and a lifelong traveler who believes the best experiences are the ones that connect people to place, purpose, and each other.
